As part of our continuous efforts to provide innovative food ingredient solutions, we recently held our Research and Development Roadshow last March 4, 2021. The session served as a venue to share our latest products and blends with our Sales and Marketing team.
One of our latest offerings that were highlighted is the Caramel Candy application. Our Ricogel 86225A can give a stable body that resists cold flow while having a soft and chewy texture. It provides stability during transport and storage. Also, it can be an excellent fat replacer.
Another product application that was part of the roadshow is pearl balls for bubble tea or most commonly known as boba pearls. Bubble tea has been gaining popularity in the developing markets, owing to its demand globally. Furthermore, enhancement in health consciousness and increase in the adoption of beverages such as green tea, black tea, and white tea among consumers in terms of health is driving the market growth.
Our Ricogel 83394A product is excellent to achieve texture, chewiness, and quick setting properties for pearl balls. It can also stabilize in heat making it thermostable. Moreover, our product is a great vegan alternative, gluten-free and dairy-free.
