Last February 14, W Group (parent company of W Hydrocolloids) celebrated Valentine’s Day in a fun and sweet way. The Human Resources Department invited everyone to wear their relationship status by dressing to work in the color that corresponds their current status (Red – In a relationship, Black – Broken-hearted, White – Single, Blue – It’s complicated, and in Pink – Hoping / Someone that leads on).

A “Wall of Love” was designed wherein employees dropped sweet notes, messages, word of wisdom, advice, and letter of appreciation to their colleagues at the start of the week. The said activity encouraged everyone to spread love and appreciation. And on Heart’s Day itself, a special surprise brought a smile to everyone’s faces. A bag of sweet treats was placed on everyone’s work table.
