September 7, 2022. Since the start of the pandemic, community pantries have become a practice of Filipinos which aims to provide mutual aid and help each other out.

W Group, Inc. organized a community pantry that served more than 500 beneficiaries. They received varieties of assorted grocery items such as noodles, canned goods, coffee, and condiments. Recipients are primarily employees of W Group which include people from our Plant Facilities in WHI Carmona, Philippine Bio-Industries, Marine Resources Development Corporation, and Cebu Carrageenan Corporation.
