Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) conducted its annual Food Expo known as IFT FIRST – Food Improved by Research, Science, and Technology – last July 16-19, 2023 in Chicago, Illinois.

The WHI team had a pleasant and productive experience at the 3-day IFT FIRST Expo in Chicago. We congratulate everyone in IFT for their hard work in organizing yet another successful event. In addition, to everyone who took an interest and visited our booth, we greatly appreciate your time and effort.
